The act of caring for ones hair is old as mankind itself. When you meet someone for the first time one of the things that one notices at first is the person's hair or hair style. This is a universal habit that everyone in the world seems to do maybe even unknowingly especially when one sees a women for the first time. People tend to do this towards women especially.
